O.K., so if you look at this picture you’re probably wondering where the fries are.
That’s the beauty of this dish, you can cut the chickpea paste into fries or triangles like a crostini.
They’re light and crispy on the outside, tender in the middle, and amazing with a sprinkle of salt, pepper, and nutritional yeast.
As soon as I tasted them I knew they would be a holiday appetizer.
I cannot wait to try these! I just happen to have chickpea flour on hand thanks to my curiosity at the local Indian grocery.
